Hey lovely, we're sorry to hear this! Was the self tan foam bright green when you pumped it out? If so, this means it has oxidised either because it's old or was not stored correctly in a cool dry place. If it wasn't bright green and just ashy, it may be due to the color base/mixed base we use in our products to counteract orange tones. Please note that these colors are only cosmetic bronzers so you can see where you're tanning and have no impact on the end result of your tan - the tanning actives work underneath these guide colors and once you rinse them off, you'll have a deep bronze result! If it is bright green + a new product purchased from a store that's not ours, we recommend taking it back for an exchange or refund. For a streak-free self tan:
CHOOSE HOW DARK YOU WANT TO GO: The fast tan actives will begin to activate immediately upon application. Rinse in 1 hour for a light, natural tan. For a darker tan, leave on longer. The tan will stop developing at 8 hours. Rinse with lukewarm water only for 45 seconds. Do not use soap or scrubs. The water will rinse off the temporary brown bronzers. The tan will continue to deepen in color over the next 24 hours following the rinse. Regular showering may be taken 8 hours after the first rinse.
Salon Pro Tip: Results should last 5-7 days without patchiness if well maintained. To ensure long lasting results, apply a body moisturizer daily, do not use exfoliators, and avoid swimming and bathing.
HANDLING: If product comes into contact with hands or clothing rinse immediately. Do not leave contents open or uncovered. For best results store Self Tan Foams in a cool, dark environment out of direct sunlight and below 30ºC /86°F. Self Tan Foams should not be used after being open for more than 6 months.

Rich in proteins and vitamin E, coconut oil keeps skin healthy, nourished and rejuvenated. It hydrates and softens skin as it sinks deep into cells - coconut oil also is able to penetrate your skin on a deeper level because of its low molecular weight and the way it bonds with proteins.
All Mine sunless tanning products contain naturally derived DHA (Dihydroxyacetone), derived from plant sources such as sugar beets and sugarcane. The active ingredient in all sunless tans, DHA interacts with amino acids on skin cells to produce a darker tan effect.
Erythrulose is a natural sugar found in berries that reacts with the amino acids in your skin to produce a tan. When used in conjunction with DHA it produces a more even, longer-lasting, streak free tan.
24 hours before you apply your self tan, paying particular attention to elbows, knees, ankles and problem areas
